Ever have yours accounts frozen for an unknown reason? Then a bank refuse to let you know why or give advanced warning other an a very vague letter in the mail 5days later. And then checks that I didn’t write go straight to the federal tax board. Let’s just say now there is a refund in the mail for the full amount of all the contents of my accounts that were mistakenly transferred. Are you looking for a bank where customers are first? Look elsewhere then. I got some friendly SpAM in my inbox this morning from Axos reminding me that I have had a zero balance in my account for 30days now, and that my “account is hungry”. What a joke of a professional service. Ever need to talk to a human? Well you can. After about 20 minutes with the chat bot. I can’t count how many times I rolled up to the gas pump to have my card declined, interesting though that there was money there. Just that they were having another technical problem. Good luck. Best carry cash on you at all times with this place. It’s safer. On a good note I now know how much safer crypto is than fiat money handled by professional thieves. I had high hopes I guess. Not their fault they will say. Corporate regulations they will hide behind. Ye have be warned!!

This bank has the worst check hold policy I've ever experienced! They put (and keep) checks on hold WELL AFTER the money has cleared the other financial institution - this is such an antiquated way to look at finances and is damaging. We live in an era of instant transfer and I will never bank here again - I encourage you all to avoid this terrible institution!
