  If you’re searching for a Loan Officer— you’ve found the perfect one for the job! We started working with Aylen as our lender after having a rough experience elsewhere, I wasn't really expecting much from her, however, she definitely proved us wrong and was exceptional! She went above and beyond and always made sure to communicate any information/update, big or small. Her patience through our process was magnificent; as I had many questions and was very impatient towards the end and wanted an update almost every hour, haha, she never made me feel as if I was bothering her though-- she understood the mixed emotions. Aylen communicates well, keeps you informed, is reliable and makes herself 100% available to you, and answered all of our text messages and phone calls/questions, she gives you her undivided attention. If there's an issue somewhere, she'll make sure it's fixed-- there was no delay anywhere ! I cannot STOP recommending her to my cousins and anyone else I know that is in the process of trying to buy a home, she really helped my husband and I with our beautiful home. She made everything really easy to understand and what we did not understand, she'd explain to us in a way that was easy to comprehend. If you're looking for a lender -- definitely give her your business, you will not regret it! She'll try and genuinely help you. We're really happy with the work she did when she helped us.   This was my first home I bought and it felt like a breeze. She was very clear on everything and always kept me up to date and let me know if there was a problem and if there was she had it handled almost immediately. I promise you will have the best experience buying a home if you go with Aylen there can’t be a better Loan Officer!

  Aylen is a knowledgeable loan officer. Answered all of our questions. She did a lot of things to help with the process of buying a new build that is not technically her in her duties. She always responded in a timely manner to all our texts and calls. Helped up more then she had to.
