  The worst loan company ever, especially the one in Lakeview SC. The office manager Mrs. Helen talks to people like they are dogs. I told her that I lost 24,000 of my income and our conversation went downhill from there. This is the second time this has happened. If I wasnt a loyal company, why offer me another loan. Not one time they had to chase me for a payment. I have two loans with this company and after I pay them off, I will not do business ever with this company again. If corporate dont talk to her, she's going to ruin a company. I respect her but I will not be talked to like a dog. I have submitted a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Theres a way to talk to people. This time she went to far. I'm really tired of it. My loans has never been two months past due and she always assumes the worst about me. Mrs. Helen us rude and not professional at all. If this was my business, she would've been gone. No company should be ran like this and its definitely not alright to say whatever you feel about a person. You never know what a person is dealing with and after yesterday, an apology is needed. Someone needs to get this office in order or they will be out of business due to Mrs. Helen's comments, the way she treats loyal customers, talks to them and refuses to help anyone that needs assistance. She has also treated my family members the same way. If this keeps up, this business will definitely lose their customers. And another finance company should never be thrown up in a customer face. Mrs. Helen is mean and her boss really needs to talk to her. But nothing will get done. The worst business to ever get a loan with. Never again. After I pay these loans off, I will never do business with them again.
