      My experience with every associate of BE Lending was an exceptional experience. The closing went very smooth. They even send a notary to have my wife sign documents since she had a very difficult work schedule closing the accounting year. I have had other loans from hard money lenders. This is by far the best experience. Equity Title deserves recognition during this process. They were great! We are returning to buying and fixing homes. We have done 112 in the past five years.
