helena or "elena" was rude this morning!!!!! Times like these is to be understanding and I was laid off. I am waiting on stimulus money like everyone else among other payments and in quarantine only to get told I better have a check today to hold my acct? I have never been spoken to in a rude demeanor like that. I have another loan company as well and they were super understanding and waived all late fees for all customers. After today, will gladly want to pay b&f off and never use this place again!!! Completely rude!!!
