I really appreciate the loan company letting me have a loan but they have some really disrespectful unprofessional people working there especially the manager. They didn’t even have my right phone number had been calling someone else all month sent something in the mail today.The manager don’t comprehend yelled and screamed I don’t need that I paid the loan off I’m looking for who owns this company so I can report her. She needs to take a class on how to talk to people on the phone because I thought it was pretty ignorant on her part. She asked me for references and I got a family and friends they never called anyone in my family because I speak with them on a daily basis never even called my place of the employment. So I can say I appreciate them allowing me to have a loan but I don’t appreciate that manager yelling and screaming and hollering at me like I was an animal 🙄🙄🙄
