Changed interest rate at last minute, did not disclose all the fees. Later found high cost to pull funds from my own repair escrow account, large fee for payoff amount request. Prepayment penalty was supposed to go away after a few years....not true! By the time prepayment penalty dropped, loan was over with and then interest jumped about 3 percent while I looked for new lender. Would never do another deal with these folks! Choose another option!

worst customer service, they think they are being nice but they are not helpful at all. they don't know what they are doing, they run things ass backwards, they more or less tell you what do you want to hear. I am in the mortgage business for over 25 years and no matter how good or bad the industry, these people are by far the worst of the worst in customer service. stay away, try using Angel Oaks, same product but much better service and they will get your deals done.

B2R has a real estate loan for us and it could not be worse, we have tried for a year to change the due date from the beginning of the month to the 10th or 15th so we could avoid late charges but they refuse. The interest rate they charge is above market and I would do everything you can to avoid doing business with this bank.
