It was a fast and pleasant experience working with Tim. He did everything he could to get us out of there within a timely manner (which was absolutely fantastic since we have a 1 year old who is impatient lol) and get us the best deal he could. 10/10!! My ex and I bought a Honda Civic from Tim at Bad Credit Auto about 3 years ago. The car did have an issue with sputtering the first week we had it and when we brought it to their attention they kept the car over night and did something to it and said it was fixed however it wasn't. When we brought it to their attention again they told us to put top of the line gasoline in it and it should be fine. We did that and it still wasn't fixed so we just took it somewhere else and discovered that it actually needed a transmission fluid exchange. No big deal. There was something else wrong with the car shortly after where it would just die. We got that fixed by a mechanic at Kerry's Auto care and never and any issues after with the car. Tim was very helpful during the buying process and after. They always worked with me when it came to a late payment and making the payment was always an easy process. They did sell our loan to Red Mountain Funding about 2 years into the loan which Red Mountain turned out to be horrible. I hate them but Bad Credit Auto was good and I would buy a car from them again if the promised not to sell the loan to Red Mountain Funding.
