      If at all possible a void having to go through them. Spent. more time staying on them to pay people and listening to excuses. Of the check got loss or 2 weeks later why they didn't write a check out...

      They made several mistakes on the closing documents. I corrected them and asked them to provide correct copies on the closing day. This company was very stubborn. I finally said I will change the closing company. They promised to correct. You know what happened? They left one document not changed and covered it very well. This file went to Wood county and led to a lot of nightmares. The deed was not delivered correctly. The property tax bill went to nowhere. Finally, my buyer agent figured it out, but I have to pay the interest. The property address is 500 5th Ave, Marshfield Wi 54449. The closing date was March 1, 2021. The closing staff was Cheryl Schwantes. Not reliable company.
