      Jim Tackett and his staff at Baker Boyer Bank rescued our real estate purchase. Due to the horrible appraisal of the property, our original lender refused to fund the loan. We were referred to Jim a week before our scheduled closing date since Baker Boyer offers loan programs for these situations. The seller (H.U.D.) was reluctant to provide us with an extension to close escrow so our transaction seemed doomed. Jim and his staff worked a miracle and we closed escrow on time! Jim and Janice could not have been more accommodating and efficient. We live in Richland so initially I was a bit reluctant to work with Jim since he is based in Walla Walla. Jim utilized the staff at the Kennewick branch for our documentation collection and they were equally proficient and professional. Without Jim, Janice, and the rest of the Baker Boyer team our real estate transaction would have been lost. It goes without saying that we highly recommend Jim Tackett and Baker Boyer Bank and will will certainly do business with them in the future.
