      If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m writing in behalf of a family member that has filed with this company for over 30 years. The past two tax returns never made it into the irs. My family member tried over and over again to get them to fix this issue. As someone who has used this business for their business the whole time I find that very pathetic. They charged my family member to do these services that were never finished and never returned their calls. This person is tired and just hired someone else to do the job and research behind the letters received from the irs. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS it does not value long time customers or family’s.
