      I purchased a high end priced item and it was safely packed and delivered to me overnight. Through no fault of the seller, a hidden problem was then discovered with the item and Balboa Pawn Shop graciously offered to pay for the replacement parts even though I didn't really expect them to do that or even ask. I said it was up to them and they insisted. No haggling, no back and forth just great communication and total professionalism you might not expect from a pawn shop. A much better experience than I've had at so many other so called “professional” businesses in my life. I would definitely go out of my way to do business with them again. I wish more businesses had integrity like this one does.

      Balboa Pawn Shop is like going to a department store with almost everything you can think of. The store is clean and well organized by types of items they offer: tools, musical equipment, collectibles, household items, jewelry, electronics, etc. They were very friendly and helped me get a great deal on a Gallien-Krueger bass amp. I recommend you go there to see for yourself!
