  I arrived at Bank 2:15 (which is quite a long distance since away since they moved) They closed at 2! Closed at 2 on a Friday!!! Who would believe it? Not good for customers

  This branch manager was not very professional. Had an issue and they did not notify me once that my account had a transaction attempt and fsiled not once but three times and was negative for almost 3 weeks, and I do not use or check this account much. I received a letter from the home office after the account was $131 negative. Not once did I receive a text, email or phone call during the period I'm being negative. I was told we can't tell everyone I'd you go negative and it is your responsibility to maintain your account. well I do know other banks that do this and it's called customer service. If you truly care about your customers oh, you will take care of them. My account what's settled with them paying half an I will pay the other half even though I do not feel I should be paying more than the original negative fee. I officially close the accounts yesterday at a different branch and they asked me why I was closing the accounts. I told him everything truthfully and straightforward oh, the clerk was kind of shocked and asked the manager said this and I go yep. She shook her head and was like wow and I'm sure she told the manager there the full details. Cuz I didn't really go full details with the branch manager there because the other girl knew the reasoning.
