  I am not one to ever spend my time writing reviews, however, I felt this time it is necessary. Mariam Abdelmalik ( Senior Loan Officer) made my house refinancing experience terrific! Having not planned on refinancing my house that day, I needed some convincing, and Mariam's patient attention and service made the whole experience great. Mariam Abdelmalik was straightforward, informative, and honest. She got us a GREAT deal and saved me $700 a month. Not only that, Kal Shams, the business development manager came with the notary person to make sure I understand everything. Kal was really friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Banc One Mortgage and ask for Mariam Abdelmalik for great customer service and great deals.

  The worst lender I've ever had to deal with on a transaction! It's funny how they had no reviews just a few days ago, and now they have 5-star reviews that were all posted in the same day, which look like they're all either fake accounts or their employee's or employee's family accounts. Anyway, I was the TC for the listing agent on a recent transaction that just closed a few days ago and this entire team was a pain in the you-know-what to deal with. The buyers were using this company as their lender and Yesenia Rodriguez was the loan officer on the buyer's loan. She RARELY responded to any of our emails. In fact, this entire team was a nightmare to get a hold of and deal with. We were supposed to close on 8/26 but we just closed on 9/17, and this was all because Banc One Mortgage did not follow through on the things they were supposed to do in the beginning of this transaction. Yesenia and her entire team started asking for everything 2 DAYS before we supposed to close! Keep in mind that the seller's needed their home to sell because they had a 30-day rate lock for their purchase, which was why we wanted a 21 day escrow and it turned into a 43 day escrow because Banc One dropped the ball BIGTIME!! This transaction was an easy FHA purchase! Why did we constantly have to be asking for status of our CD and loan docs and we would either get no response to our email or get an answer the would beat around the bush? Why were funding figures sent to ME (the TC for the listing agent) instead of the escrow company? Why was the HOA's contact information asked 2 DAYS before we were scheduled to close originally? Why were ALL lender items requested a couple of days before original scheduled closing date? I'll tell you why.. Because Banc One Mortgage does not care of your client's financial status or about your transaction. They will not take care of you and they will drop the ball. Save yourself and your client's the stress. Most importantly, save them the money because they were trying to get our seller to pay an extra $3,500 all because Yesenia and her team dropped the ball. And guess what? They didn't want to cover the fee for THEIR MISTAKES & LAZINESS! If you see this company as your lender or the other party's lender - RUN!!

  I got the loan in 2015 and refinanced with them again in 2019...Quick ,friendly and best rate.. Highly recommended .
