  I had one of the worst customer service experiences from this bank since being a customer for many, many years. I severely inconvenienced the customer service employee that answered the phone first thing this morning her name is Tiffany. I simply requested that a service fee be refunded and my account be changed to a free checking option, as I explained my account isn't top tier account type and never will be, this is a personal acct I've had for a long time and if she reflected back on my balances she would notice I will never have the balance that they set my account up for. She rudely cut me off, put me on hold without even warning me she was doing so. Came back on the line and said they would not be refunding me and could set me up on a different account, but I would need online banking... well had she not cut me off she would have known I bank online... I stated I would be closing my account after the horrible service over the phone, and she WELCOMED me to close it, by stating "see ya soon then"... I am a deposit customer, sure I may not have a million dollars, even a thousand in THAT particular account, but I am still a customer and that is still money in your bank, so welcoming me to come close-out my account, I can't wrap my head around the ignorance from this girl, other than the fact she hates her job and hates customers and treats them poorly. I hope she changes her attitude to customers and learns from her mistake, I could have been the bank presidents friend, a board member of the bank, etc. Lesson to learn you never know who you are talking to over the phone. Be nice, be kind, be polite, have some tact.

  I have had dealings with manny banks and this one is the best one by far! I have had the best experience with them over and over.
