      I put a check in the over night depository last night so my check would be deposited this morning and I wouldn't have to go today seeing as they close early on Saturdays and I have a funeral to go to. When I saw it hadn't been deposited by 11 am I called 3 times and was rerouted to a call center who informed me their phones were OFF. Seeing as how they close in less than an hour I rushed over to the drive thru only to find they hadn't checked the depository. So had I not PHYSICALLY SHOWED UP then what? Wait until monday? When the whole purpose of over night depository is to have what you need in the morning without hassle. This was the most inconvenient morning of my life. I love bancfirst, I hate this location. This was not my first bad experience here, and it seems everyone I know in this small town has a similar story to tell. The location in Chandler is always on top of their game, this one in Stroud ok can't even keep their phone on. Beyond dissapointed. Seriously don't waist your time here unless you absolutely have too, and if you do make sure you babysit them or they'll give you the run around and only do the bare minimum. There is no such thing as pride in service to the community at this location. Absolutely atrocious.
