  We have been with BancFirst for a long time. They always provide great service: this morning I accidentally incurred an overdraft but after I transferred money to cover I called customer service. My call was immediately picked up and the charge was waived, no questions asked.

  Sure, everyone is friendly enough.. But I'm not particularly happy with this as our new bank... I miss Arvest. I definitely wouldn't say it feels super mom-friendly or handicap-friendly considering they require you to wait SIX MONTHS before you can use their mobile deposit services?! With 2 toddlers, 2 herniated disks, and a home-business, it is terribly hard for me to get in the car a few times a week just to make a deposit! It's completely ridiculous. Not to mention a complete waste of my time. And the 3 different employees I have asked to explain why they have this have said they have no idea and agree that it's excessive. This bank only offers 1 color/style debit card/credit card. Zero other options. 🙄 Which is really a pain when you have 2 seperate businesses, and a personal checking. Not to mention the first set of cards they mailed me didn't even Include the business names, just my name.. so I got 3 identical looking cards with unique numbers. I guess they just expect you to memorize all the accounts to keep them seperate? I had to re-order cards requesting they ADD my business names on the Business accounts.. (imagine that.) Also yet another waste of time. Got new cards with the business names quickly, but of course not a single one was pinned correctly. Which I only found out after attempting to do an after-hours atm deposit. You insert your card, enter a PIN (any pin apparently 🙄), it pulls up your name like it's ready to go, proceed to insert up to 27(?) Checks and after "processing transaction", it tells you INCORRECT PIN... 😡😡😡 You could've told me that before I fed a pile of checks through the ATM... why does it load the transaction at all if the initial PIN was wrong?! And I tried it for all 3 accounts praying it was a fluke, and desperate to not come back the next day with the kids. Another waste of time. Forced to go deposit them during business hours, I went through the drive through. I also asked if she could simply PIN my cards while I wait. Snarky window lady said, "All of your cards will have been pinned already". Wow. Suuper helpful, lady. I let her know they have all been pinned wrong then considering not one works with my PINs. And then she told me I had to go inside to talk to someone about it.. Ugh. More time wasted. I'm sorry but it should've been done correctly the first time when I set up my accounts. I also read on my paperwork that if I want to use their bill pay services, I am required to pay a minimum of 3 different bill's a month? You can't just pay ie. electric. Woefully unimpressed thus far... If they put as much effort into their policies as they do their landscaping it could be a pretty good bank...
