I was a BancFirst customer for years, but recently the bank has been falling behind in banking benefits, and has now tried to screw it's loyal customers. They blocked my bank card because I tried to order food online, cutting off my access to MY money, causing my phone to be cut off, my autopay on my bills to be declined, causing me returned check fees. The people there were unwilling to help in any way, and the online banking line more or less told me "we don't like online payments, don't use them" as if they're in charge of my money. Me and my family have switched to Capital One for their early paycheck processing and great customer service, unlike this bank that doesn't want people using their money how they want. Switch and Save your time and money, this bank doesn't give a d**n about you
