Teller floor manager can not stop acting like there bank is broke,she complains to customers that she has to spend money to provide the necessary coin that customer need for there daily commerce, and why does a bank manager make there teller's roll coin to send to other banks when a cheap machine could do it faster..oh yeah she won't spend the money for it..Ashley Hart ..beware of her she will charge you fees with out your consint or knowledge she is a thief, this bank is only loyal to themselves( headed and apparently that's not true they can't even be loyal to their employees they have a high turnover now )

Went in to open a new account after moving here and was lied to saying by law I had to update the address on my I.D. first. Went to City National Bank down the road and they were more than happy to open an acct for me. First impression is a lasting one and bancfirst failed.
