From my experience, in-branch personnel are fabulous. Truly THE BEST customer service you will find. Unfortunately, banking also entails online banking and bill pay. BancFirst bill pay is AWFUL and the online banking has some shortfalls. I'm going to give it a little more time, but I'm disappointed to say that I will likely be moving our primary account elsewhere as I need to be able to see what's going on with my payments and easily track expenses for tax purposes.

Been banking here for 10 years and always paid my loans off early.... now I'm being told I can't have a loan over a 25$ late payment to a card company that occurred because of a system shut down... (mind you good credit and 1k down only asking for 5k) after this I will be switching all accounts to another bank...

I've had an account with bancfirst for over 5 years and today I received very poor customer service with this location. (Att. Bank manager I will not bank at your location anymore. Very poor customer service. Thank you for showing me your great people skills.
