I’ve been with BancFirst for 3 years now and I must say the customer service at the Waterford branch is exceptional. I’ve always been treated with respect and the tellers are eager to assist you! It’s like Cheers everybody knows your name and it really feels like family. I’ve been with other banking institutions over the years but none of them compare to BancFirst. I’m a customer for life!

Teller 4020010 was rude didn't great me when I pulled up and didn't thank me when I left I only have a checking account at this bank because I would never put all my money here several of these locations treat ppl of Color with rude assistance and I don't like it
