I'm really disappointed with this branch of BancFirst. Their poor customer service is the reason I don't bank here anymore. When I called to get information, I had to leave a voicemail and I never heard back from them. Then when I finally got through to someone, they gave me the wrong information. My husband and I decided to close our account with them and they couldn't do that right either. It's been over a week and the account is still open. Do not settle for BancFirst's subpar customer service. We moved to a different local bank, and we are very happy with the benefits we're now receiving.
