      Went to the one in sandsprings on 2nd street. Extremly Rude teller! A customer of mine wrote a check to me. Made it out to my company, and me personally. Teller told me he couldnt cash it due to it being made out to a company first. Umm ok sure, bank policy? I guess I inderstand. Still a little frustrated, I told him that Ive cashed them like that at Bank of oklahoma. He looked me in the face and said " well why dont you run back there then and cash it"!!_??? Seriously man? I then called to complain, the supervisor told me, that I mis understood. She wasn't there and I didnt mis understand a thing! I do not recommend this bank. Not only do I not recommend it. My company will no longer accept checks from this financial institution.

      Great people but wish I could deposit checks without driving to the bank without cost like Spirit Bank will do for me especially since I am 71 years old retired and would rather not make a special trip.
