I currently use Chime, and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with The Bancorp Bank. Even when I had an issue with a direct deposit, they were very professional and helpful in resolving my problem, and did so in a timely manner. They are truly a scammer they are thieves in very unprofessional they have stolen over $10,000 in my account frozen my account and it’s not no one I can talk to to figure out what’s going on I am truly so frustrated and I can’t believe that they can actually get away with this I have been a customer for over two years and the moment I get a large lump sum of cash they steal it and lock my account so I have no access to anything And when I call customer service they can’t tell me why my account is locked in and they tell me they don’t have any access to my account I have to talk to a third-party in out of all the 2 years I have never knew anything about a third party

This "bank" handles Darnden payroll cards. 6 months ago I lost my card. I have sent numerous faxes of ID's and utility bills, leases, ECT trying to get my replacement card. The closest I came was allegedly in June when they "sent" a card to my previous address that I waited at just for it to never show. I have since moved and had to start the process all over again. Just to be given the same run around. ID too dark, we can't read, ect anything to avoid sending my replacement. It has now been 6 months of fighting and will be contacting a lawyer.
