      Greg Peters, did an horrible job in seeing me through my entire mortgage process, I make this statement due to him allowing me a "first time home buyer" to sign paperwork giving the seller of property homestead credit knowing the seller was an investor. At the time I did not understand what Homestead was, after my loan being sold and being told I had to pay taxes for an entire year of me not even being in the house during that time, because Greg and Lawyer did not make sure I a "first time home owner" understood everything going on, because the education I now have on homestead would've immediately made sure the seller took responsibilities for the taxes due before I bought the property. Now I'm having to sue the seller and get my money back for taxes I paid on a home I wasn't even staying at during the time taxes were owed.
