When it came time to shop around for better rates on our mortgage, I decided to check out BancorpSouth at the recommendation of our insurance agent. We were put in touch and worked with Kimberly Morris to refinance our home at a fantastic rate. She made the process very easy and painless, never making us feel pressured and always answering my questions fully. Recently, we decided to research a loan to complete a home remodel after construction had stalled due to lack of funds. It is because of the earlier pleasant experience that I decided to reach back out to Bancorp in Oakland and met Joe Perdue. Once again, the service was outstanding. Joe was monumentally patient and listened carefully to every aspect of our situation. After going through all of my options, the best loan product was settled on and Joe kept with us through ever step of the process right through the closing. He helped us to find our way through all the government mandated "full disclosure" paperwork that just does nothing but muddy the waters. Thanks to Joe and Bancorp, we received a very fair rate and we will be able to complete our home remodel. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim or Joe to anyone looking for home financial products.

Twice I have messed up on accident When making deposits. Once through the ATM, Once with an actual teller, But both times when I have called up there The ladys Go above and beyond and out of their way To fix my problem for me and they are very polite
