      The bank staff is always friendly and professional both in person and on the phone. Greet me with a smile and hello every time I’ve entered the bank. It’s a small bank without a lot of the extras you’d get at a bigger bank but it’s close to home serves all my needs and saves me from having to drive to Lampasas or further.

      Very unfortunate that there is no customer service .Sent my wife in to take care of something while she was there she was talking with a friend and apparently that is a no no was asked to leave .We will not be back in this bank . Very rude and unprofessional .
