      Me personally this bank has been the worst bank to be with. This has been the only bank I have ever banked with being a college student and I have had so many problems happen within a YEAR. 1. The first card they gave me was bent. 2. The card literally chooses when it wants to work and when it wants to decline knowing I have money on there. 3. I have reseted my pin the time I got a new card and supposedly it’s been blocked ever since, so I can’t purchase things like gas, food, etc. 4. If I ever call to get help with fixing my card (which have been plenty of times) the card will always goes to back to the same problems as before. Overall if you are looking for someone to bank with do not even have BancorpSouth in your top five!

      Was not a pleasant experience my atm card was kept by the atm outside for no reason there was nothing wrong with the card and the bank said I had to call the atm hotline but they cant help because its not a bancorpsouth atm card and also that they were the only ones who could help makes no difference when you have Bill's to pay to other people and I will reccomend no one use bancorpsouth bank I will spread the word.I really was not surprised about what happened next the bank calls me back after I cancel my atm card and they said I could come get the card which is useless now ain't that something
