      Without notifying me the place a credit only status on my account. I cannot withdraw amy funds. It Is Saturday and I have no access to my money until Monday. How can a bank do this?

      My husband just came home venting about how HORRIBLE this bank is. I will be calling and complaining and escalating if necessary. Something needs to change, he hates going there.

      Horrible customer service! I have been w the bank w many years never causing any trouble. The one time I did have trouble I was treated like i was at fault when I was the victim of a scam! I closed my account and went to Regions at least they know how to treat a customer! !
