  The branch manager Kathy is so unprofessional at this location. She is unwilling to go the extra mile for any customers. She is rude and not friendly. I would highly recommend not using this location or this bank for that matter

  Today I went to to pull money out of my account and my husband’s account so we can pay our rent due to our joint account being compromise and out credit union being in our hometown. Tell me why two lovely ladies come out to the ATM and stand their till I finished. Ughh.. made me feel some type of way. Instead of saying something..I finished my business and pulled off. With everything going on in the world, people are still ignorant. I guess me pulling my $1500 in rent and me being black there was an issue.

  While this branch is more convenient for me to get to, I'm not sure how it stays open. Twice I've had to go in and deal with Angie N., the "manager" or loan officer at this location. Once for a simple cashiers check, and once for a customer service issue; both times I left frustrated. Poor customer service and lack of professional work ethic is an understatement. She is especially rude and has a real nasty attitude. The only thing she goes above and beyond at is making sure you feel unwelcome there. This location will discriminate against you and then try to lie and claim that its some company policy. I know this because I went to the other location in Hernando and got the same task that this location had claimed was against their policy done quickly, courteously, and without any problem whatsoever. So after the last issue I had with them I'm not entirely sure I'll even continue banking with Bancorp but if I do I'll most definitely drive the extra miles for an honest transaction and a better banking experience than what you'll will find here.
