  I don't remember the lady's name who spoke with me on the phone. (she told me but I forgot) She was very helpful and polite. She was not able to help me but called other branches until she found someone to. That type of service is why I have been with Bancorp since 2005 and will continue.

  Let me tell you about this Bank It is a poor choice for your moneyThey are slow to pay out small purchases So when they do get around to pay, they pick a low point in your account and then charge you overdraft fees that far exceed your original amount. I started with $10,000 dollars to owing hundreds of dollars and money though direct deposit was due to regular employment every two weeks from my very lucrative business in general retail with Walmart Inc. serial years later I was told it was based on a error on their part, so I asked for my money back, they said they cannot because it was a overdraft at the time, and sued me for a safety deposit key, Save yourself the trouble and don't do business with this bank, I think they thought that I was a drugey because I live in Southside apartments, and who was going to believe me or take my word for it, ironically the kingdom hall of Jehovah's Witnesses believed the same thing because I was told to my face by a brother at my job,at the time when I work for Walmart you have to be drug tested for employment, they will more than likely erase my candor because it is easier for them when no one knows what they do or say.
