      I was really disappointed with the service I received on Monday, March 29th at about 4:50 PM. I stopped by to break a $100 bill for a coworker that needed it for work purposes. The only teller that was working inside at that date and time told me that she could not assist me if I do not have an account. I told her that I personally do not have an account, but the company for which I am employed has an account...A BIG account as a matter of fact. She didn't even bother asking what company I worked for and declined my request. I realize that it can be frustrating when customers come into any establishment 10 minutes before closing, but how long does it take to verify company information and make change for $100? I am letting you know of this situation for training purposes, not to hurt someone's career/job. Please have your team do their due diligence and ask follow up questions so that they can better serve your clientele. It would have been incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time and energy. Thank you.
