      Worst Customer Service and Website ever. I have a mortgage account and you have to log in every 30-45 days or they CLOSE your account. They don't tell you that until you try to login, account gets locked then you call "customer service" and they unlock your account then allow you to reset your pwd only to find out after that your account has been closed. The poor people that answer the phone are basically clueless and somewhat rude. Would never suggest this bank for anything.
