      The bank moved to a larger location last month and was very helpful in explaining things when we moved our accounts here. My one qualm is we feel that two of the minor questions we asked our banker she attempted to give an answer we would prefer, despite the truth being something else. That is a reflection on her, though, and less the institution. I look forward to doing more business through BSB.

      I have never in my life been so disrespected, the people at Pittsfield Bangor savings bank employees are rude and disrespectful! I have had multiple accounts and honestly I'll never open one here again! Good riddance
