      My husband and I went to our bank and asked for assistance with our will. We needed to have it notarized, in front of two witnesses.       Worst institution ever! My friend was listed on his relative's bank account as payee-on-death. When he went to close the account, the bank told him he needed to wait 60 days for Social Security to remedy any overpayments. He waited and went back. Then he was told he had to wait one year for Social Security to reverse any overpayments.
