  My wife and I were in the middle of financing real estate in Pagosa when we ran into an issue with a lender. Our agent suggested Kathie Lattin at Bank Central. We were up against the contractual deadline and the seller didn't want to extend. Kathie did the unthinkable and got us financed at Bank Central very quickly and without issue. She literally made our goal become a reality at a when we didn't think it was going to be possible. She has remained in contact with us after the process, just dropping in to see how we are and say hi. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a Bank or a person.

  Well, what a disappointment and disrespectful person Kathie Lattin was to us. We came to her looking to finance a condo we own and also a home. Rates are so low! She was super nice as a good sales person can be, at first. She asked me to do a ton of work on my side to get here all these documents and even checked out our excellent credit reports (and her credit check isn’t good for your credit score btw). But as soon as we fell into a category of not fitting her standard customer profile, for example were self employed, she became rude and short in emails and just stopped responding completely when we tried to discuss the details. I was taken aback as I know we were kind and polite on our side. We still haven’t heard from her for weeks now. It’s prob the most unprofessional business experience I’ve had in many years. It’s clear that she has no time of day and becomes rude to anyone whom doesn’t fall into her perfect customer profile. Maybe she’s just to busy for everyone else? Idk
