      This bank is awful. As a business owner having a reliable helpful bank is a must. Bank First is anything but. They make it very clear they place no value on their customers. The lobby isn't open on Saturdays so sitting in the drive thru for 30 min. to an hour is common. Question you ask at this location will not or cannot be answered, you receive a smile and a "I dont know." The list goes on....

      Horrible customer service. Staff is snarky and account managers are arrogant. I was the only customer in the lobby, wanted to open an account and was made to wait as if I was not good enough to warrant their time.
