      Since day one, the process of buying a first home was absolutely amazing. From Scott S. the producing sales manager and Tina E. the mortgage loan Partner they both definitely have your interest at heart and definitely fight for what is right. I would 100 % recommend Bank five Nine and their team. They were both very professional and knowledgeable at what they do.

      I have been banking with them for the last 20 years. Recently they've been trying to update things to a more technologically friendly user. But it has all been a frustrating fail. I have never been locked out of my account more here than any account I own. No access, please call. Well, not everyone wants to call their bank customer service constantly!! It's so annoying! The new app is awful, really awful. Everyone in person is very nice, so they get two stars, but the mobile experience is embarrassing.

      Very disappointing experience. They are all talk, worse than car salesman. They want you to do all the leg work and keep finding new ways to drag out the process and cost you more money.
