      After telling us they service their own mortgages they immediately sold our mortgage to Suntrust. We wanted a mortgage with a local bank not a huge corporation and now we have a mortgage with a bank where we're just a number that doesn't even have an office within 500 miles. Update: things are even worse. Suntrust is awful. I am having a horrible experience with my mortgage.
