  My favorite bank I’ve ever had. Even theough the transition from Peoples to Bank Midwest, they retained staff and consistently hire great staff. It just has a small town, familiar feel to it. I just visited with Miss Zuk, the manager today. Had a nice visit; listened, didn’t rush me off the phone like I was a bother. Banks aren’t my favorite thing, and the mega banks have gotten really bad. This bank; it’s good.

  Terrible experience. The man who helped me made me uncomfortable and they charged me a penalty fee for closing my account and it's absurd. They also did not tell me about the hidden fees in any of this
