      I just discovered this review page on your website and had to leave a few words! I have to say I have dealt only with Laurie most of the time and she is a great and friendly gal to work with! One time she called me to alert me of a debit to our account of over $1000, to check and see if I authorized it, (which I hadn't) and less than 24 hours later the money was back in my account after she had me come in and fill out the necessary paperwork. I would like to add that every single employee who works the drive-up window has also been very friendly and accomodating! (And my dog Reiner loves her Bank Midwest treats!!) 😉 Y'all keep up the great work! I just realized that my review was meant regarding Lori Harms and I said "Laurie." I have only always worked with Lori Harms, so my review was meant for her! Sorry about the misspelling!☹

      Great bank with extremely helpful people. Have been banking there for longer than I can remember and have always had a great experience. Moved away from the area and still use them because of how satisfied I am!
