Bank Midwest in St Joseph Mo is the most caring bank I have ever dealt with. They have the friendly and most helpful staff. No matter what I call about the put my mind at ease. I can not say enough good things about this bank

DO NOT BANK HERE!! They decide what deposits to accept and when...then they hold Social Security direct deposit and charge you fees while you wait for them to credit your account. Everything was fine when I didn't have much money but once I had a descent deposit hit my account they wouldn't let me have that money said it was out of the norm for that amount to be in our account...so it must be fraud and closed the account but not before taking over $200 out for "overdraft & fees" but wouldn't show us or tell us what caused the overdraft. They lie and laugh at you also...Ashton just thought I was stupid and funny...
