      I have been banking with this branch for 12 years and Gail was my go to for all my business and personal needs. When she retired I was a bit skeptical but I must say to my most pleasant surprise that Samantha has not missed a beat! My business partner and I had some difficulties with one of our accounts that took nearly 2 days and lots emails/phone calls for us to get her docs. Samantha was as pleasant from the first conversation until the last. She handled everything with the precision and expertise we have grown accustomed to. I couldn’t be happier to be in new hands!

      Honestly the worst bank ever. Staff likes to ignore customers and “misplace” over a thousand dollars more than once. I suggest not to go through this bank it’s not worth it i wouldn’t even give 1 star.

      Extremely disappointed with Bank Midwest in general. With my experience when I have duplicate charges especially from Seven Eleven they are incapable of retrieving my money on multiple occasions. I previously banked w UMB and they were always very efficient in reversing my money. I'm disappointed that they are not concerned with getting my money. They are incompetent and have no desire to help in this type of matter.
