      I am a new officer of a club so I went to the branch in Grandview Mo. with the previous officer and there lobby was closed due to staffing issues. We needed to get this done today and it was early afternoon. We called the office in Shawnee and they said they could help us. So we went to Shawnee. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly by Linda Cunningham and advised her of our situation. Linda immediately took care of us. She was very polite and professional. Her customer handling skills are second to none. Then she followed up with a hand written thank you note. Don't see that much these days. Thanks Linda for all you do. Bernie
