Friendly and very courteous staff in my experience, but if you’re needing to cash a check you pretty much must have to have a account there even if you have proper credentials and everything is correct on your end. They’re extremely clean with everything. Restroom, lobby etc… fee’s are extremely high here if you have an account, and they don’t pay the employees very well at each Bank N.A. location which is another reason I’m rating a 3 ⭐️
