      I opened an account in December of 2017 and haven't had anything but a positive experience. Everyone is kind and pleasant. I do wish there were fewer banking fees, but I do not regret my decision to go with a smaller home town bank. Plus the online and mobile options are awesome. A follow up in 2021, 3 years after my inital review. Still a 5 star review. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I do still wish there were fewer banking fees, yet I still love my bank. Great customer service and when we needed assistance in the middle of the covid pandemic the bank didn't hesitate to step in.
