      People asking for money hit you up while in line. Maybe this is just a isolated event, but people were standing way to close while entering info and deposits. In any event, I had the machine jam this time, I called BofA. They only cared about whether or not the machine was damaged. I was transferred off, and disconnected. Got to claims after I called back and waiting on the phone....no info I told them had been recorded. I shouldn't be surprised by their priorities.... but at least I thought they could implement their tech a little better to hide it!!
