      Wish I could give less stars. They refused to cash a personal check. The manager glanced at it, handed it back and told me to have a seat, it'll be about 35 minutes. I waited for about 20, nothing while they weren't doing anything to confirm this check. I asked politely what was the hold up, he says he has to go thru a process (which he clearly hasn't started) I asked what the process was, he says he can't tell me, just go to your bank and cash it. I went to another BOA right up the street and it was cashed in 5 minutes
