  Went there yesterday and had to come back today. The teller yesterday omitted information from her service and today, a different teller was more helpful. As I concluded my business I mentioned that yesterday the other teller was rude in not providing all of the information. Suddenly a manager, a "finance manager" began yelling across the room. At first I wasn't sure if it was the other teller or someone behind a wall.. she didn't bother walking over or even introducing herself. She just yelled out "the teller wasn't rude, I was here and she did tell you" I responded that I am sure that the teller didn't tell me yesterday because I am the one who spoke with her (like i want to go to the bank twice for the same thing). Anyway, she continued to argue with me like I know her. I do not. I asked for her name, she refused to give it and said that she is calling the cops. I hope she gets sent home or something because yelling like that at customers without getting up to speak with them causes issues automatically.

  Absolutely disgraceful. The tellers don't seem to know very much about basic bank terminology and how the online banking system works. My main issue though was the "manager" of this branch Pam. Pam was completely unprofessional when I was trying to access my account and even threatened that she is going to leave notes on my account after I left. After verifying with my ID and debit card they also needed to send a verification code to one of my phone numbers or email which I agreed to. She refused to send the code to my email and also would not send it to my phone unless I did what she demanded. She demanded me to physically give her my phone before sending a verification code which is a complete lack of privacy and I've never been asked to do this by anyone nor would I ever comply to this. I ended up conducting my business at another branch shortly after with no problems. I will be sending this to the BBB and any other department that can look into this manager's lack of training and understanding of federal/state laws, and possibly permanently switch to a different bank after this experience.
