Why cannot cash a check when we both have Acct with you??? Very disappointed & wasting time here today. I went to wellfargo & they cash this check for me even the check belongs to boa Acct.

I went by there today (11/30 Tuesday) at 11 am and this location was closed. Also bank of america now closes at 4pm! What happen to bank hours. B of A is definitely going down in worth.
